Wine Making
Vinyard Wine Maker Vinification

In the low-yield vineyards planted in the sandy soils of Palmela, Castelão and Syrah grape varieties grow in the ideal terroir for rich, full-bodied wines. The Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the hills of Azeitão, where the special terroir and climate allow the grapes to mature slowly during a long period of time, producing very elegant and complex wines

Filipa Tomaz da Costa All three grape varieties were vinified separately using the traditional method and kept separate until the final blend. The wine aged for 10 months in French oak barrels
