| Catarina Vieira & Pedro Ribeiro | Manual harvest into 12 kg boxes, on the 1st of September for Aragonez, 3rd of September for Touriga Nacional and on the 14th of September for Alicante Bouschet. After a short period inside the refrigeration chamber, the grapes underwent careful selection on a vibrating sorting table before destemming with a slight crushing of the berries. The fermentation occured in co-fermentation, in frenck oak barrels, at a controlled temperature, for a period of 12 days |
